How to book a D.R.I.P.S. Party?

DEPOSIT

A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to reserve your desired date and time. The deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable after three (3) days elapsed of the contract signing.  An invoice will be sent to the email address provided above. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. Cash, money order, or credit cards (service fees apply) are accepted and made payable to 3D Girls, Inc.

FEES

Additional people/services may be added any time up to the event date, if time permits. You may subtract people up to 1 week prior to the event date. After that time, 50% of their services will be due.

A final count of the number of participants is due 7 days prior to the event. Additional people/services may be added any time up to the event date, if time permits. Travel/setup/other fees: Travel fees apply when the event is more than 35 minutes from Metro-Atlanta area. Generally $30 per artist, per half hour increment. Depending on your event, there may be a charge for outdoor, lengthy or difficult setup – usually $30 but please call for a quote. Parking fees must be paid to artist with other payment. Should a check be returned, there is a $30 returned check fee.

CANCELLATIONS

All deposit monies paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the three (3) day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If the artist cancels at any time or unable to perform his/her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded by check within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to 3D Girls, Inc. and any and all of its owners, employees, and agents.

PARKING

Please either leave a space open in front of the event space on the street, the driveway, or a loading area so that the artist can unload equipment. The client will reimburse artists for any parking fees or parking violations obtained as a result of parking conditions of the said event space.

LIMITATIONS ON ARTWORK

The Artist(s) reserves the right to not paint subject matter she deems offensive or disturbing.

 

USE OF IMAGES

3D Girls, Inc. and Raioni Madison-Jones may use photos taken at the event on its website, social media pages, and / or in any brochure, flyer or other advertising it deems necessary – any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally stored media that is captured or recorded by 3D Girls, Inc. and any and all of its representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his / her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release the name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for which the artist has been contracted to provide serves Client(s) agree to release to 3D Girls, Inc. use of said photographer / videographer photographs and recordings.

 This signed agreement serves as a release to client(s), photographer / videographer and authorizes them to release to 3D Girls, Inc. and its owners, agents, and employees any photographs / recordings to use on any promotional materials 3D Girls, Inc. deems necessary. 

 

LIABILITY STATEMENT

Artist(s) will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing, flooring or any other property. The client is responsible and agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to artist’s equipment or supplies caused by children and/or guests. Under no circumstances will artists supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Parents’ responsibility.
